Direction, oversight, and assistance relative to the needs of the Authority is provided by the Technical Operations Committee which is composed of the Police Chief from each member City. The Technical Operations Committee shall oversee the Police Communications Director’s day to day operations of the JPA and shall make recommendations to the Administrative Oversight Staff whenever directed regarding the Administrative Oversight Staff’s duties.
